In their HOT PROPERTIES section, the Charleston Regional Business Journal announced that Adams Property Group, headquartered in downtown Charleston, recently signed two new retail leases at the Gas Lite Square Shopping Center on Rivers Avenue. Stantec Consulting Services, the engineering firm for the South Carolina Department of Transportation, and Chill and Grill, a family restaurant, both will be making the iconic North Charleston shopping center home very soon.
