The Charleston Regional Business Journal recently announced Charleston-based Adams Property Group has signed four new retail leases at Gas Lite Shopping Center located at 5601 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston, including James Beard-nominated restaurant, Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles. Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles is now open and takes the place of long-time tenant Oriental Cuisine.
