In keeping with our own investment focus, our third-party brokerage process is centered around commercial income producing properties and more specifically multi-tenant shopping centers and self storage facilities. With vast experience representing both buyers and sellers, we utilize our own track record in acquisitions and dispositions to underwrite and evaluate each prospective deal as if it were our own. We dig deep into the details, taking the time to understand and educate our clients on the unique aspects of each and every property, regardless of the size of the deal.
George’s addition to the Adams Property Group team in 2018 gave APG the additional talent needed to widen the net of property selection and assemblage and support the development plans of the company.
In addition to site identification and selection, George is skilled at navigating zoning issues, understanding entitlement processes, compiling relevant market and competition data, and assembling the financial information necessary to secure funding for development projects.

George has a strong real estate background with experience in site selection and market analysis, construction estimation, title abstraction, and project management.
George holds a finance degree from the University of Alabama, a Juris Doctor degree from the Charleston School of Law, a Graduate Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
An active member of his church and a participant in several clubs and groups including Charleston’s own Drayton Hall Palladian Circle, The Urban Land Institute, and the International Council of Shopping Centers, George has recently added the title “Dad” to his already impressive resume.
When they can pull themselves away from their precious baby boy, George and his wife, Alicia, can be spotted enjoying live music, planning a foreign adventure for the family, or watching some Tennessee football – Go Vols!

Acquisitions & Brokerage
Marshall joined Adams Property Group in 2016 to focus on the expansion of portfolio assets acquired for both Adams Property Group and for their 3rd party clients.
Marshall’s strong work ethic, communication skills and analytic abilities allow him to contribute well-conceived recommendations to buyers, sellers and executives of APG. Marshall’s ability to understand the needs and goals of his clients makes his ability to build and maintain relationships seamless. Skilled at identifying properties for acquisition, assisting with due diligence, managing negotiations, underwriting, and securing financing, Marshall is a strong member of the APG team.

Originally from North Carolina, Marshall relocated to the Charleston area in 2012 where he continued his seven-year career in Real Estate. He carries degrees in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina and has extensive experience in consulting, leasing, auctions, and residential, commercial, and industrial sales. His expansive industry experience allows him to work on a variety of investment types.
Marshall is an outdoor enthusiast. He might be out on the green playing a round of 18 holes, surfing the coastal waves, or casting a reel in one of Charleston’s surrounding rivers in his free time.
Almost always, Wally, Marshalls best four-legged friend, is in tow. A regular part of the office team, and a pretty good fisherman himself, Wally goes everywhere with Marshall, even on the surf board on occasion!

Director of Leasing
Casey joined Adams Property Group in 2015 to establish the Leasing department for the company. She oversees the leasing of the portfolio’s retail, industrial, warehouse / flex, and office assets. A true “people person,” Casey is skilled at negotiating and closing leases, tenant retention, assembling a complementary tenant mix, and maintaining occupancy goals. Her kind but matter-of-fact approach allows for clear and concise tenant communication and has helped build countless relationships Casey’s experience, market knowledge, and common sense has built Casey a reputation of being able to achieve and maintain property occupancy goals set by investors.

Casey has over two decades experience in retail leasing and development including site selection for anchor tenants and leasing for a portfolio of enclosed malls throughout the southeast. She has an impressive track record of placing countless local tenants, national chains, and worldwide companies appropriately within her assigned portfolio and has been active in a mentor program for new agents.
Casey holds a Journalism degree from the University of Georgia and enjoys the challenge of helping increase the value of an underperforming asset. Casey is an active member of her church and professional organizations including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Originally from Georgia, Casey and her children, Cameron and Boone, relocated to Charleston in 2017. Casey is a foodie at heart and when she is not busy running car pools to dance lessons or soccer practices, she enjoys hitting the local farmers markets, festivals and local beaches.

Development & Acquisitions
McNair joined Adams Property Group in 2019 to focus on the expansion of the portfolio assets acquired for Adams Property Group with the intention of development or redevelopment in mind. Actively seeking out and identifying land parcels for future development projects, McNair performs extensive research, market analysis, and processes risk analysis while working closely with our acquisitions team to help facilitate growth for the overall portfolio.

McNair holds a degree in Political Science from The Citadel. His education is paired with a few years of working throughout the Midlands region of South Carolina in the Construction Equipment Industry where he gained first hand knowledge and understanding of the back end of construction and development through visiting construction sites, understanding client needs, and working with a variety of personalities on a broad range of projects.
After a recent relocation back to the Charleston area, McNair is excited to make the transition into Real Estate. McNair is an active member of his church in Charleston, as well as maintains his activity with the St Andrews Society in Columbia, SC, the Citadel Fairfield and Chester County Clubs. McNair is a fan of anything outdoors and enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, watching the Gamecocks play, or hanging with his dog Monti – who is also a very active SC Gamecocks fan.
