David Bailey joined our Storage Team as an Area Manager with Adams Property Group. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, David studied at Chaminade University of Honolulu and now lives in Graniteville, SC

David has been in the self storage industry for 10 years. His responsibilities include: conducting routine site visits in order to ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain impeccable facility standards. He also heads up recruitment, selection, training, and ongoing development of management personnel in effort to encourage revenue growth, cost reduction, and attainment of monthly budgetary objectives.
